WealthPilot

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 24, 2026

Acceptance and eligibility

These terms are an agreement between you and Harmony Technology Systems, Inc., Birmingham, Alabama ("WealthPilot," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using WealthPilot, you accept them. You must be at least 18 years old — or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater — and located in the United States to use the service.

The service

WealthPilot is a personal finance platform: it connects your financial accounts, tracks spending and net worth, detects bills, records giving, and provides educational coaching tools — including AI features that generate insights, plans, and answers from your data.

Not financial advice

WealthPilot provides educational information, not individualized financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The insights, plans, chat responses, and recommendations you see — including everything generated by AI — are informational tools to help you think about your money. They are not advice tailored to your personal circumstances, and using WealthPilot does not create a fiduciary, advisory, or professional relationship of any kind.

AI-generated content can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Verify anything important before acting on it, and consult a qualified financial advisor, accountant, or attorney for decisions that matter to your situation.

The advisor "gurus" in WealthPilot are fictional characters inspired by publicly available financial frameworks. They are not the real people whose ideas inspired them, and nothing in WealthPilot is endorsed by, affiliated with, or reviewed by those individuals.

Accounts and security

Provide accurate information when you sign up, keep your credentials private, and use the multi-factor authentication tools we provide. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@getwealthpilot.ai if you believe your account has been compromised.

Household features

Households let two or more people share finances. The person who creates a household is its owner and can invite members; joining a household shares your financial data with its members and theirs with you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can leave a household at any time, which ends sharing going forward. Only invite people you trust with full visibility into your finances.

Bank connections

Connecting a financial institution through Plaid is your choice and happens at your direction. You authorize WealthPilot to receive the data described in the Privacy Policy for as long as the connection is active, and you can disconnect any institution at any time from the app. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of data your institutions provide.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the service for anything unlawful;
  • scrape, crawl, reverse-engineer, or programmatically extract data from the service;
  • probe, overload, or interfere with the service's security or operation;
  • access another person's account or data without authorization;
  • resell or commercially exploit the service without our consent.

Early access

WealthPilot is currently free during early access. We plan to offer paid plans in the future while maintaining a free tier; the specific features included in each tier may change, and some features may become available only on paid plans. We will provide advance notice of pricing changes. Features may change, be added, or be removed as the product evolves.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that financial data displayed in the app (which comes from your institutions via Plaid) or AI-generated output is accurate, complete, or current, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harmony Technology Systems, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for financial decisions you make based on information in the app. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the greater of $100 or the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You can stop using WealthPilot and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the service or other users, with notice where practicable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alabama.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will update the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
